UK Deliveries - Dispatch times are 3-5 business days due to all products like t-shirts etc being custom printed. - Estimated delivery is 5-7 days by Royal Mail.

Please allow more time for all deliveries at peak times. For any questions regarding delivery times OR if you have not received your order then please contact us as soon as possible.
If you're in a rush or you need your item next day delivery then please contact us and we will be able to arrange this for you for additional cost of postage. This service is NOT available online.
Please note all watches are custom made after they are ordered. This means they can take 2-3 weeks for delivery.
IF YOU ORDER OVER THE WEEKEND PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR US TO SHIP YOUR ORDER ON MONDAY MORNING.
It is your responsibility to make sure that you provide us with the correct contact AND delivery address. Great British Tees will automatically deliver to the address you provide when placing your order, so failure to provide the correct details may mean that your goods are sent to an incorrect address.
If your order has already been dispatched then regrettably Great British Tees cannot be held responsible for the missing item/items.
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, non-collection from the delivery depot and it is returned to sender we will contact you upon receipt to re-arrange a delivery. There may be an additional dispatch charge if this is as a result of incorrectly provided details.
Please note: It will be 15 working days from the date of dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item/items sent by First Class Mail. For overseas orders we have to wait 20 working days before we can investigate any non-arrival items.

We want to ensure you are always happy when shopping with us. If you are not happy with how your item compares to our descriptions or pictures please return to us within 30 days of receiving delivery from us and we will refund the cost of the goods, excluding all delivery charges (unless goods were damaged upon receipt).
You will have the right to return the item to us in the first 14 days without reason. After this 14 day period there must be a reasonable cause to return the item, a defect etc. Please ensure the package is secured and wrapped well before returning and include details of your order number and whether a replacement or refund is required.
Include a full description of why you are returning the item. Any faulty item must have a full description of what the fault is. Please ensure that any jacket being returned to us for exchange or refund is in the same condition as when received.
You must obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when returning any items.
Customers are responsible for paying to return any goods.
If goods are found to be damaged or worn on return this may result in a charge for the goods.
